Q. I am unsure this programme will work for me. Do you offer a free trial?

YES. In fact we encourage all clients to start by attending our free session before joining us. We understand that Boot Camp training is not for everyone so we have created our free trial system which allows you to try out a sessions free.

By booking onto a free trial you get to meet other campers and really get a feel of the session. Our trial sessions take place monthly in our locations throughout the year.

Q. Will this still work if I just do the exercise and don’t follow the nutrition plan?

It will work to a degree slowly. You will still gain an increase in your fitness levels and a decrease in body fat but you will never get a huge change in body composition without following the nutrition plan. And even if you do it will be a slower pace.

Q. How fit do I have to be to join Boot Camp?

Boot Camp is not for complete beginners who have not exercised before. I suggest that you have exercised for the past 3 months. You don’t need to be super fit but you do need to be able to keep going for 45 mins at a moderate pace to make the most of the sessions. If you’re not sure, contact me on 07958 073 208 and I can chat with you about whether you’re ready for Boot Camp and if not, how we can get you ready.

Q. What if I’m the most unfit in the group? Will I hold people back & feel out of place?

Everyone starts somewhere. At some point some of my current Campers were the most unfit in the group but guess what – they’re not now! It doesn’t matter if you are, it’s just a starting point and you won’t stay there, I promise you that. Don’t ever worry about holding people back; the sessions are designed in a way that this can never happen.

You will always be able to go at your own pace. You will be working out with like minded people who want to achieve the same goal. FC Boot Camp members work as a team. There is lots of laughter and encouragement from your fellow campers. Instructors are supportive and encouraging. We have members from all walks of life and all shapes and sizes.

Q. Is FC Boot Camp a military boot camp?

Absolutely not! Although we call ourselves FC Boot Camp we are a non-military camp. All FC coaches are qualified Personal Fitness Coaches who understand that to gain results your sessions have to be progressed. We encourage clients to do their best at each and every session without shouting or screaming.

Q.What will I be doing during the sessions and are the sessions hard?

We only work using high intensity interval training techniques which is the fastest way to fat loss because it elevates your metabolic rate so even after you finish training and at rest you are still burning calories. To achieve a lean, shapely, healthy body you need to incorporate metabolic exercises aimed at increasing your metabolism.

Sessions are designed to address women's specific issues. Session exercises include core stability strengthening, upper body strengthening, lower body strengthening and cardiovascular exercises that help to increase your fitness, shape and tone your body.

We do not do long duration running for miles on end. Workouts are designed to motivate you to work harder than you would in a gym or on your own. Instructors will encourage you to work beyond your comfort zone but within your own ability.

Q. How long do the sessions last?

The sessions are 45 minutes only, 2-3 times per week making it perfect for busy people.

Our member's age range is between 28-50 years old.

Q. Do FC outdoor camps run throughout the year?

Yes. We train in all weather conditions and only cancel if severe weather conditions halt members attending camp. You will be advised on what to wear and bring before joining the programme.

Q. I can only do 1 session per week. Do you not offer pay as you go?

Unfortunately we do not. We focus on RESULTS which only come through consistent training and by committing to a complete programme of training. In our experience we found clients that train once a week or as a drop-in never achieve results they desire, get disillusioned and leave. We require a commitment from our clients to the program so we can GUARANTEE you amazing results.

Q. If I can’t make all the sessions, is it still worth me joining?

We offer the option to sign up to 2-3 sessions per week in your chosen package. If you choose to do twice a week we encourage you do add a third session of your own in order to accelerate results. If you know you may miss lots of sessions, then it probably isn’t worth your time and money as I can’t promise you the results based on a few sessions.

Q. It’s too expensive I base my prices on the results I produce not price per hour or per session.

I invest heavily in constantly upgrading Boot Camps and providing better and better service and support. I believe that I offer something very unique and different from other Boot Camps and I believe I will always give the very best. Q. Do you give refunds if I can’t for any reason complete the course?

I don’t give refunds but if you do miss part of the course for a legitimate reason such as illness or injury then I will transfer you on to the next available course.
